Fallon Brantley is a 17 year veteran educator of primarily grades 7- 12 in the life and physical science disciplines and engineering. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and a Masters of Science in Secondary Education in Biology from Jacksonville State University. She completed a certification in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama and is currently pursuing an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of Montevallo. She is a member of the National Science Teachers Association, Alabama Science Teachers Association, and is National STEM certified. In addition to teaching secondary aged students, Ms. Brantley has 8 years of experience in adult education. She was formerly an adjunct instructor at Jefferson State Community College and a Training Facilitator for Project Lead the Way in the areas Robotics and Design and Modeling where she taught secondary educators around the country. In her previous position as district STEM Instructional Coach/Administrator, she supported teachers and administrators in using data to improve student achievement and facilitated summer and weekly professional development for faculty and staff. Ms. Brantley is passionate about student success and believes in giving each child the opportunity and access to a quality education. Her ultimate goal is to support teachers and administrators to discover new strategies for teaching and learning that will result in positive outcomes for children.
